Graphius Group continues expansion by acquiring peers Dereume Printing
Two major players in the world of catalogues, books and magazines production join forces.
Graphius, whose head office is located in Ghent, strengthens its position in Brussels and Wallonia with the acquisition of Dereume Printing, which employs 40 people and enjoys a strong reputation in the French-speaking market as a quality printing company.
Dereume will continue as a separate entity and will shape Graphius Brussels, together with Boone-Roosens (member of Graphius since 2015). In 2017, Dereume will move to the Boone-Roosens production site in Lot, where the existing buildings are being expanded. The entire site will be provided with (new) high-tech equipment.
The acquisition does not result in any job losses. Moreover, Graphius and Dereume take up the mission to explore the biggest advantages in terms of scale and production capacity.
With the acquisition of Dereume Printing, a total of eight printing companies are part of Graphius, currently running on three production sites.
Graphius Group now employs a total of 270 people and has a consolidated turnover of 57 million euros.
