Not too long after the recent acquisition of Dereume Printing, Stevens Print and GuidoMaes have decided to join the growing Graphius Group.
Stevens-Maes will continue as a separate entity and will stay on the production site in Merelbeke, near Ghent. The printing firm will continue to focus on niche print, more specifically luxury print in limited editions with high added value.
With the addition of the newest member, Graphius can now offer a wider range of print: from small (Nexpress, SM52), medium (50 x 70) to very large quantities.
The new acquisition does not result in any job losses either. On the contrary: Graphius has created 15 new and very different job openings for its headquarters in Ghent.
With the acquisition of Stevens Print and GuidoMaes, a total of ten printing companies are part of Graphius, currently running on four production sites.
