Graphius Group continues expansion by acquiring Varoprint.

Varoprint is a family business specialised in full-colour commercial and publicity printing. The company was founded over 80 years ago.

Since Monday, 22 January, the printing company of the Vander Roost family has joined Graphius. Manager Natalie Vander Roost and her team of four co-workers have moved to the production site of Graphius Brussels in Hemelstraat 2, 1651 Beersel.

There, they will be joining Dereume Printing and Boone-Roosens in the recently expanded building with new high-tech equipment.

This acquisition strengthens, once again, Graphius’s position in Brussels.

The acquisition does not result in any job losses. Moreover, Graphius and Varoprint take up the mission to explore the biggest advantages in terms of scale and production capacity.

With the acquisition of Varoprint, a total of twelve printing companies are part of Graphius, currently running on three production sites.

Graphius now employs a total of 300 people and has a consolidated turnover of 60 million euros.
