Antilope De Bie, established in Duffel, strengthens its position in the Belgian and Dutch markets with the acquisition of Bema Graphics, a company with 25 employees and a strong reputation as a quality print shop in Benelux.
Earlier this year Graphius Group took a stake in Antilope De Bie, which allowed the group to count Duffel as a strategic site for the regions of Antwerp, Limburg and the Netherlands, alongside the existing sites in Gent, Brussels and Paris.
For Graphius Group, the partnership with Antilope De Bie was part of a wider strategic plan to consolidate several graphic players in the region of Antwerp.
Bema Graphics will continue to operate as a separate entity and will remain active in its current location, Wommelgem, for a few months. In mid-July Bema Graphics will move to the premises of Antilope De Bie where they will continue their production work on a high-performing machine park of presses equipped with both UV and conventional inks.
