In order to be able to offer you a good service, we are sometimes obliged to process your personal data. We consider it important to deal with this carefully in accordance with the European privacy legislation (the General Data Protection Ordinance, also known as the AVG or in English GDPR).

Definitions

Personal data: any data relating to an identified or identifiable person. Processing: any action that can be carried out on personal data, e.g. the collection, storage, use or transmission and deletion of personal data.

Purposes and grounds for processing

We will only use your personal data if we have established a clear and justified purpose for it. This is only possible, for example:

  • For the implementation of a mutual agreement supported by a processor’s contract

Proportionality 

We only collect the strictly necessary personal data for the purpose specified.

Third parties can submit a request for information to us. In principle, your personal data will not be disclosed. In any case, this is always preceded by a check against the privacy legislation.

Storage 

We do not retain your personal data for longer than is necessary for the execution of the purpose specified for this purpose, as evidenced by a processing contract.

Rights 

You have the following rights according to the AVG:

right of information and access: you may know whether we keep personal data about you, for what purpose, what they are and how they are used.

right of correction: you can always ask for correction of your personal data.

right of objection: you may object to the use of your personal data and we will comply with this unless there is a legal basis for doing so.

right to be forgotten: you may ask for your personal data to be deleted unless there is a legal basis for doing so.

You can exercise your rights by contacting us by email or letter, according to the coordinates below. You will always have to prove your identity and we will let you know within one month what will happen to your request.

Profiling, Tracking and Data Mining

We do not use profiling, tracking and data mining.
