Graphius Group makes second acquisition in UK.

Graphius Group is proud to announce that subsidiary Park Communications has acquired leading London printing company Geoff Neal Litho.

Geoff Neal Litho, founded in 1976 by the father of current CEO Sam Neal, is known in the United Kingdom for its high-quality printing and direct-mail productions. The company, with a turnover of £11 million and 35 employees, will continue to operate from its existing location in Feltham, near Heathrow Airport. The experienced management team will stay on, ensuring operational continuity.

This strategic acquisition by Park Communications not only strengthens Graphius' presence in the UK but also offers significant synergy benefits for both companies. With Park Communications' modern production facilities in Beckton, London, and Geoff Neal's considerable expertise, we will be able to offer our clients a broader range of services and economies of scale.
