Graphius Group strengthens its label and folding carton division 'Etiglia' with the acquisition of Printing Company Lowyck

Graphius Group strengthens its position in the folding carton packaging market thanks to the acquisition of Printing Company Lowyck in Ostend. In recent years, this printing house has realized a strong expansion in industrial cardboard activities for both food and non-food.

Denis Geers, CEO Graphius Group: "The acquisition of Lowyck is an important step in the further expansion of Etiglia. From now on, we will be able to handle the integral processing of folding carton in-house which, in addition to a significant expansion of our production capacity, will allow us to offer a better service to our customers."

The Ostend site will remain operational under the leadership of Steven and An Lowyck and all of the group's folding carton processing will be centralized there under the Etiglia Packaging banner. From now on, Etiglia will have two production sites, Etiglia Labels in Beersel and Etiglia Packaging in Ostend.
